Welcome to Room 218!
What We're Learning About
During the month of February we are learning about:

       -
Our 5 Senses
       -
Valentine's Day
       -
Black History Month

We will go visit a kindergarten classroom at the Downtown School soon! More
information to come...

A very special visitor named Mr. Edwards visited our class recently. We have
been talking about our sense of sight, and Mr. Edwards (who is visually
impaired) came to talk to the children. He even let the children walk with his
cane while they closed their eyes! Be sure to ask your children about the
wonderful things they learned from Mr. Edwards.

Classroom Needs
Please remember to send in tissues for the month! We would also appreciate
donations of seasonal stickers for scrapbooks.

Reminder: Please reinforce sight words with your child at home each night.

Special Thanks
We would like to say thank you to all our parents for their continued support of
our program.
We would also like to thank our classroom parents, Cathy Larmore
and Melissa Harris, for sending out our information for the class, and Mr. Schmitt
for playing his guitar for us!
